Currently Hiring - Experienced Construction Workers

 

Our growing company is looking for experienced construction workers to help us complete tasks correctly and on
time.

 

Previous job site experience is required, working knowledge of both architectural and structural drawings is necessary, as well as an understanding of construction and renovation methods, tools, and equipment. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a good history of attendance. Responsibilities
- Support sub-contractors and other tradesmen as needed.
- Transfer, carry, and unload tools and materials.
- Run hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Follow directions and work with other members to complete projects accurately and on time.
- Dismantle old structures.

Qualifications
- Five plus year’s experience working in the renovation industry is required.
- Three plus year’s experience with finish carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and millwork experience is required.
- This position relies on physical strength and stamina.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions (extreme temperatures, rain, etc.)
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception.
- Own a valid driver’s license and transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required – Trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program
is highly preferred.

 

Wage $25 - $38 per hour	Additional Pay Bonuses
Benefits Shared benefits, company pays 2/3 cost	Schedule Monday – Friday, 40Hrs/week *Over-time available*
